Cancellations

Your appointments are very important at Sandhills Serenity Spa, and that time is especially reserved for you.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, respectfully 24 hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.  Arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled service will be considered a late cancellation, and will need to be rescheduled.  

I absolutely understand that life happens!  Please be sure to communicate!

Fees are as follows:

Late Cancellation (less than 24 hrs)    …..   25% of scheduled service

Failure to Show     …..     50% of scheduled service

Fees must be paid before any rescheduling.

Returns/Purchases

All purchases are final.  In the event that a product is defective, credit will be given.
